Welcome Early School Families!

The first five years of a child’s life are important in shaping their cognitive development, social skills, and sense of place in the world. We believe it is an honor and privilege to be able to partner with you in this incredible task of caring for, teaching, and guiding your child. This year your child will grow in leaps and bounds, and we hope that this blog will be a snapshot into the classroom where aspects of this growth will take place. Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s care and wellbeing. We know this year will be a wonderful blessing, and are excited to get to know our amazing little sea turtles and families!

Our First Two Weeks of School

Our first two weeks of school have been fantastic! We have been making new friends, exploring our school, and uniting together as a class. All of our children are amazing, and I am so proud of each and every one of them.

Inside our courtyard "fort".

Playing with blocks.

Sitting in chapel and getting ready to sing "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands."

Working together to connect PVC pipes.

Working on identifying our letters.

We found a snail!

Peek-a-boo, I see you!

Art is so much fun on the courtyard!

Working on our color recognition, matching, and drawing skills.

We love to read!

Looking at books with friends is always great.

We're driving to school. Beep, beep!

Playing trucks in the sandbox is one of our favorite activities.

We love to help our plants grow strong and healthy.

We matched the red crayon to the word "red", and colored our raccoon the same color.

We are staying focused.

We are hard workers!

We loved our first day at school!
